1. Acceptance

By using Koydo Kids Academy, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the child user. Children under 13 may not create accounts independently -- parental consent is required.

2. Service Description

Koydo Kids Academy provides interactive educational quizzes and lessons for elementary school students (grades K-5). Content is curated for ages 5-11.

3. Accounts and Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for their child's use of the platform. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the child user.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free tier: 5 practice questions per day per subject. Premium plans unlock unlimited practice. Payments processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account page.

5. Acceptable Use

Kids Academy is for personal, educational use only. Users may not:

• Attempt to circumvent parental controls or age verification
• Share account credentials
• Use the service for commercial purposes

6. Content

All content is created or curated for educational purposes and reviewed for age-appropriateness. We make no guarantee of specific learning outcomes.
